We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for larger events or peak periods, to secure your preferred date. That said, if your event is coming up soon, don't hesitate to get in touch. We'll always do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings if we're available.

Our standard turnaround time is around 5 business days from the event date. If you need content sooner, we can often deliver priority assets the next day or, in some cases, within a few hours. Just let us know your deadline, and we'll do our best to accommodate it.

Factors like the location, length of event, type of photo and video content and the overall creative style all influence the cost.As a general guide, most projects range from $1k to $10k+, depending on the scope.The best way to get an accurate quote is to get in touch with us. We also work with a range of budgets and can help find the best solution to maximise your investment while delivering the content you need.

We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking, with the remaining 50% due upon delivery of the final content.If you'd prefer to pay upfront, we offer a 5% discount when the full project balance is paid before the shoot.If you have any questions about payment or need a custom arrangement for a larger project, just let us know.
